Lily Cup Review + Lily Cup Size A compared to Lily cup Size B
|Lily Cup Review
I really enjoy reviewing reusable menstrual cups. I’m thrilled to share my Lily Cup review with you! The Lily Cup is a reusable menstrual cup by Intimina and it comes in size A and size B. Read about cup details and my experience testing both sizes out below.
Disclosure: I received product samples to facilitate my review however the opinions here are my own. This post contains affiliate links.
I was first drawn to the Intimina Lily Cup because of the shape. When you look at the cup from the side, you can see that it’s angled with vagina/cervix anatomy in mind. In addition to the angling, unlike some cups, the Lily Cup doesn’t have a pronounced rim and is made of a very smooth silicone. The Lily Cup comes in a Size A and Size B to meet the needs of a wide range of menstruators.
Intimina Lily Cup Features Include:
- Made of Medical Grade Silicone
- Can be worn up to 12 hours
- Both sizes are recommended for high cervix & same length
- Intimina is a Sweedish brand

- Complies with FDA, CE and RoHs regulations
Lily Cup Size A
- Smaller size Lily Cup
- Recommended for users who have not given birth vaginally
- Volume: 28 mls
- Diameter 40 mm (1.57 in)

Lily Cup Size B
- Larger size Lily cup
- Recommended for users who have given birth vaginally
- Volume: 32 mls
- Diameter: 43.5 mm (1.71 in)
- Length 78 mm ( 3.07 in)
Take a look at both sizes below. The light pink is the Size A and the Dark Pink is the Size B. Both cups are identical in length like the Diva Cup and the difference between sizes lies in diameter and volume. The size B has a slightly larger volume, 4 mls more than the size A.
Both cups have the same length and unlike brands with a removable stem, the length is mostly fixed in the Lily Cup. Any trimming occurs at the ring level on the stem, but it can’t be shortened to the base of the cup like a Lunette or Lena. The stem has a solid and meaty feel, you can see the length it extends up into the cup where I fold the Size A below.

Overall opinion
I have used the Intimina Lily Cup for several months now. I just can’t make friends with the cup. I have a high cervix and have found that the stem causes me difficulty. I find the size A to be more comfortable and I get a good seal but have a lot of leaking. I have a hard time finding a comfortable fit with the size B.
I have found that punching the cup down right at the divot in the rim, see the area? I aim that divot towards my belly button when inserting and have had the best fit this way and opens more reliably, however, it’s just not a cup I reach for and I have to take it out and put it back in a few times before I can find harmony.
